Candidates:

Candidates must provide complete and accurate personal, educational, and professional information during registration.
ubmission of false or fraudulent information may result in permanent disqualification from SST Placements’ services.
All mandatory documents (ID proof, certificates, work experience letters, etc.) must be submitted for verification before placement.
Registration/service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
SST Placements provides job opportunities but does not guarantee employment or a specific salary package.
Candidates are required to attend interviews on scheduled dates; repeated no-shows may lead to cancellation of services.
Once selected, candidates must promptly inform SST Placements of offer letter issuance or joining confirmation.
Any direct negotiation or communication with client companies outside SST Placements’ knowledge is strictly prohibited.
Candidates are responsible for relocation, travel, and accommodation expenses unless otherwise mentioned.
If a candidate leaves within the first 90 days (or as per agreement), they may not be eligible for replacement/job assistance.

Clients:

Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, eligibility criteria, and compensation details before the hiring process begins.
Selection status, offer letter details, and onboarding confirmation must be communicated to SST Placements in writing.
Clients agree to pay the agreed placement fees (e.g., % of annual CTC) as per the signed service contract.
Payment must be released within the stipulated timeline (15–30 days from candidate joining, unless otherwise agreed).
If a candidate resigns within the replacement guarantee period, SST Placements will provide a free replacement, subject to policy.
Clients must not hire SST-referred candidates directly or through third parties without notifying SST Placements.
All candidate details provided by SST Placements are confidential and must not be shared with external agencies.
SST Placements is not responsible for candidate performance, misconduct, or disputes after joining.
Any additional services (background checks, payroll outsourcing, training, etc.) will be billed separately.
All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the mutually agreed court/location stated in the agreement.

Services:

SST Placements acts as a facilitator between candidates and employers, providing recruitment and HR-related services.
Services offered may include staffing solutions, permanent hiring, contractual hiring, executive search, bulk recruitment, and HR outsourcing.
Service scope will be defined in the service agreement signed with each client.
Timelines for candidate sourcing, replacement, and other services depend on market availability and client requirements.
SST Placements ensures fair and ethical hiring practices while maintaining confidentiality of client and candidate information.
Background verification, payroll, and additional HR solutions will be provided only upon client request and at agreed fees.
Any promotional or value-added candidate packages (resume writing, interview training, etc.) are optional and chargeable.
SST Placements reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any service based on operational or legal requirements.
All communications with candidates and clients must be documented through official SST Placements channels.
SST Placements will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including client response time or candidate availability.
