General Breach Conditions (Apply to All Packages)

1. No-Show for Interview:
If the candidate fails to attend a scheduled interview without 24 hours prior notice, it will be counted as a completed interview attempt.
Repeated no-shows (more than twice) will result in termination of service without refund.

2. Providing False Information:
If educational qualifications, work experience, or ID documents are found to be false, the registration will be cancelled immediately without refund.

3. Refusal After Shortlisting:
If the candidate refuses an interview or offer from a company after confirming interest, it will still be counted against their allotted interview schedules.

4. Misconduct with Employers:
Any unprofessional behavior (rude communication, inappropriate conduct during interview, breaching employer’s confidentiality) will result in service termination.

5. Misconduct with Employers:
The package is valid for the mentioned duration (90 days / 120 days, etc.) from the date of payment. Unused interviews will expire after the validity period without refund.

Package-Specific Breach Conditions

1. FRESHER - ₹999 + GST Package (90 Days / 3 Interviews / Domestic):
This is applicable only for freshers.
Missing 2 out of 3 scheduled interviews without valid reason will terminate service.
Candidate must apply only for domestic jobs under this plan; requests for other locations will require upgrading the package.

2. BASIC - ₹2,499 + GST Package (90 Days / 3 Interviews / Domestic):
Missing 2 out of 3 scheduled interviews without valid reason will terminate service.
Candidate must apply only for domestic jobs under this plan; requests for other locations will require upgrading the package.

3. EXECUTIVE - ₹4,999 + GST Package (90 Days / 5 Interviews / 2 Preferred Locations):
The 2 preferred locations must be declared at the time of registration and cannot be changed after 7 days.
If a candidate declines more than 2 location-specific interviews, they forfeit remaining location benefits.

4. PERMIUM - ₹7,499 + GST Package (90 Days / 7 Interviews / All India / Soft Skills Training):
Candidate must attend the soft-skills training session before interviews; skipping it will result in interview scheduling delays.
If the candidate is absent for more than 3 scheduled interviews, remaining interviews will be cancelled.

5. ELITE - ₹10,999 + GST Package (120 Days / 3 Interviews / Dubai-UAE-Gulf):
Candidate must possess valid passport with at least 6 months validity before payment.
If the candidate fails visa/immigration/medical checks, service will be terminated without refund.
Missing 1 confirmed Gulf interview without valid reason ends the package.

Refund & Transfer Policy

All payments are non-refundable once service starts.
Packages are non-transferable between individuals.
