Candidates who pass the initial screening are contacted for a short pre-screening call. This helps us validate their interest, communication skills, availability, and expectations before progressing them to the next stage.
3. Email/Call to Advise Applicants on Status
We maintain transparent communication by informing applicants whether they have been shortlisted, kept on hold, or not selected. This builds trust and keeps candidates engaged throughout the process.
4. Email/Call to Schedule Interview
Shortlisted candidates are contacted via phone or email to fix their interview schedule. We coordinate with both the employer and the candidate to ensure availability and smooth scheduling.
5. Email Reminder of Interview Slot Time and Location
To avoid no-shows or confusion, candidates receive reminders of their confirmed interview date, time, and venue (or virtual link in case of online interviews).
6. Conduct Interview to Outline Position, Responsibilities, Package
During the interview, we provide candidates with a clear understanding of the role, job responsibilities, and compensation package. This ensures clarity and avoids future misalignment.
7. Email/Call Requesting Documents from Successful Candidates
Candidates who successfully clear the interview are asked to provide necessary documents such as ID proofs, educational certificates, and employment history for verification.
8. Send Offer Letter and Request Transcripts
An official offer letter is sent to the selected candidate. At this stage, we also request transcripts and any additional compliance documents needed for joining formalities.
9. Onboarding and Orientation Process to Keep Successful Candidates Engaged
Once the offer is accepted, we guide the candidate through onboarding and orientation. This includes welcome communication, company policies, and role-specific preparation to ensure they are engaged and ready for a smooth transition into the organization.
